We currently have two chapters running, one in OKC and the other in Tulsa.\u00a0 Right now Tulsa is the only chapter with in person meetings.\u00a0 We hope that OKC will start having in person meetings soon.<\/p>\r\n<p>The OKAA started in 1949 as the OKCAA with a group of Aquarists that met at 7 Seas Pet Shop.\u00a0 The OKCAA was the first host of the American Cichlid Association&#8217;s first Convention.\u00a0 Since that time the OKCAA grew into a multi-chapter Association and changed its name to the Oklahoma Aquarium Association.<\/p>\r\n<p>The Oklahoma Aquarium Association has had a number of Conventions since that time including Aquapolooza, The Fall Classic, The Spring Fling and will be hosting it&#8217;s third FOTAS Convention.<\/p>\r\n<p>The Tulsa Chapter has meetings monthly except during months that have special events.
